The January transfer windo deadline is upon us with plenty of deals left to be done for many Premier League clubs.

Manchester United head into the window's final day having let academy stalwart Marcus Rashford leave Old Trafford for Aston Villa on loan, with a £40million option to make the move permanent in the summer. The Reds also finalised a deal for Leece wingback Patrick Dorgu on Sunday in the region of £29million.

MEN Sport understands Mathys Tel had been of interest before reports coming out of Germany claimed he has agreed to join Tottenham Hotspur - despite previous claims he would prefer a move to United. Elsewhere, Ruben Amorim reportedly also held interest in Chelsea's Christopher Nkunku but the French forward is expected to remain with the London club despite interest from United and Bayern Munich - leaving question marks over whether United will add to their squad before deadline.

Despite the month that gives it its name, the window's deadline falls in February in order for the Premier League clubs' dealings to stay in line with other leagues both domestically and across Europe.

La Liga: February 3, 11pm UK time

Serie A: February 3, 7pm UK time

Bundesliga: February 3, 5pm UK time

Ligue 1: February 3, 10pm UK time

Scottish Premiership: February 3, 11pm UK time

The Saudi Pro League’s transfer window closed on January 31, while the transfer window in Turkey remains open until February 11.

Can signings be made after the deadline?

While the window shuts at 11pm on Monday, there is still a chance of signings being announced in the subsequent hours as clubs can apply for a two-hour extension to allow them to finalise signings up until 1am on Tuesday.
